"I'm the typical Northern Beaches girl - I love spending time out in the sun! Growing up, I have always been involved in sports and activities that get me in the water; I enjoy swimming, surfing and water polo.

I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I am particularly interested in the management of people with mental health conditions and in particular, young adults. I find it very rewarding when I see a positive change in a clients emotional , behavioural and/or physical condition.

I am also passionate about working with people living with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS). When working with my clients I see MS presenting itself in different ways for each person which in turn means that although living with the same condition, each person's goals, motivations and focuses are always different. This always presents a unique and interesting challenge for me and provides endless motivation and joy when finding what works and provides success in each case.

My goal as a health care practitioner is to help my clients use movement and exercise to manage their disability or chronic condition and to empower them to take control of their health through helping them learn what that means for them."

Could Clare be the right fit for you?
